For airfares; UK Air Passenger Duty, Passenger Service Charges, together with Airport, Departure and other taxes and charges, as published, although included in prices, will be charged and shown separately on the Confirmation/Invoices to fares for charter or scheduled flights. Furthermore, some airports currently impose an Airport Improvement Fee (normally payable locally on departure).

B. Delays at Departure

The Air Carrier is responsible for the provision of any catering and accommodation arrangements occasioned by flight delays once you have checked in. They cannot offer compensation for inconvenience or loss of personal/business time caused by flight delays. Similarly, it is not possible to obtain refunds for any unused accommodation or facilities in the event of an extended delay.

C. Schedules

Flights and times displayed on the website, or elsewhere are not guaranteed and are not a part of the contract. We will always advise you by email of any flight time changes, but it is your responsibility to check our website 24 hours before departure for any last minute changes.

D. Limitations of liability

ADVICE TO INTERNATIONAL PASSENGERS ON LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
EU Notice Regulation

If your journey involves a destination or stop in a country other than the one from which you depart, the Warsaw Convention may govern the liability of all airlines involved in you journey, including any portion thereof within a single country. This Convention limits the liability of airlines for death or bodily injury and for baggage loss, delay or damage. Many air carriers, including all European Community air carriers, have waived the Warsaw Convention limits for death or bodily injury and the defence that they have taken all necessary measures to avoid the damage for the first 1000.000 Special Drawing rights of any such claim.

In addition, in cases of death or bodily injury, many air carriers will make advance payments to the person entitled to compensation, if required to meet immediate economic needs, in proportion to the hardship suffered. Community air carriers make such payments in accordance with Community law. Other air carriers may apply alternate provisions.

Additional protection can usually be obtained by purchasing insurance from a private company.
